Every month, we come together for the NUMNUM Monthly Breakfast, a time to celebrate and connect. During this breakfast, we provide delicious food and, of course, the essential fuel for our day - coffee. However, it's not just about the food. We also celebrate our colleagues' birthdays and work anniversaries for that month. Doing this fosters a strong bond within our team and reminds us that we are part of a community that cares about each other.
3. Learning Paths: Guiding Growth and Development
We understand that advancing within an organization can sometimes be challenging. To facilitate this process, we took the time this summer to sit down with our employees and map out their personal growth journeys. From this effort, our 'Learning Paths' were born, guiding new hires and those aspiring to new roles within our company.
