Digitizing subsidies at the City of Sint-Niklaas

Client
Context
The city of Sint-Niklaas digitized its grants and subsidies system using LB365 to improve efficiency and accuracy in processing applications and provide better services to citizens and businesses.

Sint-Niklaas collaborated with Cronos Public Services and SUMSUM to guide the digitization process. The old paper-based system of granting subsidies was time-consuming and intrusive, which resulted in the city's use of digital technologies for a more simplified procedure. LB365 enables online applications, automates verification and evaluation, and provides applicants with real-time updates and a digital overview of their applications.
